Cut and sew refers to the type of garment we make - also known as knitwear, jersey or cut-knit. Not to be confused with fully-fashioned knit. We produce 50 tons of fabric monthly for our own internal needs. Our cut and sew garment company in Vietnam takes care of everything from A to Z. We buy basic accessories as labels, hangtags, poly bags, carton boxes locally. For fabric and accessories that local price and quality are not competitive, we source from China and other countries. Our cut and sew garment company in Vietnam started in 1989 by producing leather products such as belts, wallets, purses. Then we changed to sew down jackets, seam-sealing jackets which turned us to be a cut and sew garment company in Vietnam. In 1996, we switched again from woven products to knitwear. We have been sewing embellished men, women and children garments using circular knitted fabrics for our customers. We have 15 sewing lines and 2 sample lines that produce over 200,000 pieces per month. Our cut and sew garment company in Vietnam has two sample lines to support your customers who insist on having perfect samples before committing to the order.

After Great Financial Crisis in 2008, our cut and sew garment company in Vietnam started to produce knit fabric in year 2011. We are now producing 50 tons of knitted fabric from cotton, cvc, polyester, viscose (rayon), TR, modal .... We knit and dye the fabric in Vietnam before sewing in cut and sew garment company in Vietnam.

We take CSR very seriously and maintain our Oeko-Tex, SA 8000 and Target certification to be compliant.

Our head office is in HCMC 10 minutes from district 1 (10 minutes from the Sheraton Hotel.) Our district 9 production facility is 40 minutes from Sheraton. Our Duc Linh factory is 2.5 hours from Sheraton. We have all the standard sewing machines for cut and sew knitwear including flat lock (also known as flat seaming) for sportswear. We have our own heat seal machines as well as all the standard equipments like fabric checking stations, cutting tables, QC, Ironing, needle-detecting and packing.

We keep ourselves most updated with the free trade agreements which were activated or will be activated. We are fluent with GSP form A, EUEA, CPTPP and we look forward to EVFTA.
