Map to LHC Factory in District 9

Here is a map to our sewing factory in LHC. LHC stands for Long Ha Chin. We built this factory in 2006. It has 13 sewing lines, 6 cutting tables, and fabric checking/storage area.

The factory is SA 8000 certified.

Driving from downtown Ho Chi Minh city, takes about 35 minutes.

It is best to visit during the morning or afternoon because from 11:30 to 12:30 the factory shuts down for lunch break/nap.

This video shows our accessories warehouse where we store buttons, threads, zippers used to make mens pants. Everything is closely controlled. We inventory stock each day and clean out any unused/left over items to make space in our warehouse of textile manufacturer for new incoming material.

Definition of trim is any item that goes on a garment that does not get thrown away when you first open the package. Examples are buttons and care lables.

Definition of accessories is any item that goes “on” a garment that gets thrown away when you first open the package to put on the garment. For example, poly bag, silicone gel package, carton box, or hang tag.

We make garments using knit fabric and can include any trim or accessory you need. We don’t make garments made with woven fabric. Pants like most garments need accessories. You can call us a mens pants textile manufacturer in Vietnam.
